Upcoming Meetings

The Community Development Department invites you to participate in one of the two upcoming Community Open Houses for the Downtown TOD Specific Plan. Following extensive community engagement and technical analysis, the Draft Specific Plan Policy Document is now available for public review. 

Open House #1 
Saturday, August 29 
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

Open House #2 
Wednesday, September 2 
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location and content are the same for both open houses. Armenian and Spanish speaking staff will be present. 

These Open Houses are an opportunity to: 

• Learn about the Draft Downtown TOD Specific Plan Policy Document and its recommendations.  

• Explore proposed policies, development standards, and design concepts.  

• Ask questions and speak directly with the project team.  

• Share your feedback before the Plan is considered for adoption. 

Whether you live, work, own a business, or spend time in Downtown Burbank, your input will help shape the future of this important area. We encourage everyone to participate and share their ideas!
